Greetings & Many Blessings​. This meditation for the rebalancing of the Nervous System and Enhanced Well Being, is best done sitting on a chair with your back straight and both feet on the ground. It can also be done while walking.  Please use headphones for best results. The first time just listen and breath.  The next time you can hum along to the tuning forks.  Try this meditation in the morning, mid day and before bed. It only takes 3 minutes. Or anytime you are feeling a little "wobbly." Let me know how it goes. Namaste for listening
 
Its origins can be found in ancient Gregorian Chants. The 1st tones balance the Air Element for clarity of mind and nervous system attunement.*  The next tones also balance the Air Element and will begin to calm all material world thoughts. The third set of tones, is the interval of the major 6th, it gives spiritual insight and renews energy for reaching dreams.* The last set of tones is the Perfect 5th and it brings everything back into equilibrium and balance.

What is the Heart Chakra?The heart chakra is the center of love, balance, and connection. Located right in the center of the chest in the heart region, the heart chakra is associated with the color green and the element of air. Put on headphones, sit in a chair or on the floor, back straight, close your eyes and follow the instructions on the recording. Best if done before breakfast and last thing before bed.
